A. Product-Specific Promotions

Promotional discounts are associated with the specific product for which they were generated.

A discount received while participating in a promotion for one product:

• May only be redeemed toward the designated product.
• Cannot be transferred to another product.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to another customer.
• Cannot be applied to unrelated merchandise.
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

Each promotional discount is generated specifically for its associated product and promotional event.

B. Dynamic Discount Generation

Discount Reel utilizes a dynamic promotional system.

The discounts available, discount percentages, promotional configurations, and probabilities associated with individual products may differ substantially.

For example, one product may offer a different selection of discount percentages and probabilities than another product.

The Company maintains sole discretion over the configuration and administration of its promotional offerings, subject to applicable law and the disclosures made for each promotion.

We may establish, modify, adjust, limit, suspend, or discontinue:

• Available discount percentages.
• Promotional configurations.
• Discount distribution.
• Product-specific promotional availability.
• Maximum discount amounts.
• Promotional participation limits.
• Spin eligibility requirements.
• Promotional duration.
• Discount expiration periods.

Changes to future promotional configurations may be made without advance notice.

C. Promotional Odds and Probability Disclosures

Where applicable, the odds associated with available promotional discounts will be displayed alongside the applicable product promotion.

Odds may be presented in the following formats:

• Numerical odds, such as "1 in 100."
• Percentage-based probabilities, such as "1%."

These disclosures are intended to provide customers with information about the probability associated with receiving particular promotional discounts.

Odds may differ between products and promotional events.

The Company reserves the right to adjust promotional odds and configurations for future participation at its discretion.

Any applicable odds or probability disclosures will reflect the promotional configuration in effect when the spin is initiated.

Customers should review the displayed odds before participating.

D. Spin Eligibility

Participation may be subject to account registration, age requirements, product-specific eligibility, promotional availability, and other reasonable restrictions established by the Company.

We may limit the number of spins or promotional opportunities available to an individual account, customer, product, or promotional period.

We may also implement technical restrictions designed to prevent automated participation, abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.

Specific eligibility requirements and participation limitations may be displayed on the applicable product or promotional page.

E. Entertainment Purpose

The Discount Reel game is intended as an entertainment-oriented promotional feature associated with our online store.

It is designed to make shopping more interactive and enjoyable.

Promotional discounts are price reductions applicable to eligible merchandise and do not constitute cash winnings or monetary prizes.

Participation does not create any right to receive money, cash equivalents, or compensation from the Company.

F. Promotional Administration and Changes

National Discount Warehouse LLC reserves broad discretion to manage and administer the Discount Reel promotional system.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or promotional feature at any time, including without advance notice, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to promotional discounts already issued.

Changes to future promotional availability, discount percentages, odds, and participation limits do not automatically invalidate previously issued, unexpired promotional discounts.

However, we reserve the right to invalidate or cancel a promotional discount when reasonably necessary due to fraud, manipulation, technical errors, unauthorized activity, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

A. Coupon Generation

Promotional coupons are generated dynamically through our Website.

Each coupon may contain:

• The applicable product.
• The awarded discount percentage.
• A unique promotional identifier or redemption code.
• An expiration date or countdown timer.
• Applicable redemption instructions.

B. Coupon Expiration

Promotional coupons expire according to the expiration information displayed on the digital coupon when issued.

Certain promotions may have extended redemption periods, while others may have extremely limited expiration periods.

Some discounts may only remain valid for five (5) minutes after being awarded.

The applicable expiration period will be displayed on the digital coupon.

Once a promotional coupon expires, it becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.

Expired coupons will not automatically be reinstated or reissued.

C. Immediate Purchase Opportunities

After receiving a promotional discount, customers may be presented with a "BUY NOW" button or similar purchase option.

This feature allows customers to proceed directly to checkout using the awarded promotional discount.

Customers are responsible for completing the applicable purchase before the coupon expires.

Failure to complete the purchase within the displayed expiration period may result in the loss of the promotional discount.

D. No Cash Value

Promotional coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, account credits, gift cards, or other monetary compensation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts are nontransferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

E. Technical Errors

If a promotional coupon is generated or displayed incorrectly due to a technical malfunction, software error, unauthorized manipulation, or other system issue, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate corrective action, subject to applicable law.

A. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment authorization and order verification.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment requirements, order volume, and other operational circumstances.

Certain products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated where applicable.

B. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Shipping carrier delays.
• Weather conditions.
• Customs inspections.
• Transportation disruptions.
• Government restrictions.
• Incorrect shipping information.
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

C. Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer or at checkout.

Shipping charges are generally calculated and displayed before an order is completed.

Promotional discounts apply to eligible merchandise and do not automatically apply to shipping charges, handling fees, or taxes.

D. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or been transferred to a shipping carrier, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

E. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If an order appears lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during delivery, customers should contact support@discountreel.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate shipping issues and coordinate with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.

Customers should report visible shipping damage or missing merchandise promptly after delivery.

Nothing in this section eliminates any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

F. International and Cross-Border Shipping

Shipping availability may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by governmental authorities unless otherwise expressly stated.

We are not responsible for customs delays or restrictions imposed by foreign authorities.

G. Shipping Delays and Order Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the delivery timeframe communicated at checkout.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and options to the customer, including cancellation and refund rights where required.

For orders covered by applicable United States shipping regulations, we will comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

A. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return:

• The return request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery.
• The customer must obtain an RMA before returning merchandise.
• Merchandise must be returned to the address provided by our customer support department.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original components, accessories, and documentation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Certain products may be subject to additional return restrictions where legally permitted.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned incomplete may be ineligible for a standard return, subject to applicable law.

B. Return Authorization Required

All standard returns require prior authorization from our customer support department.

Customers must email support@discountreel.com.

Our support department will review the request and, if approved, issue return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Returns must be sent to the address specifically provided by our support department.

Do not send merchandise to any address appearing on the Website, shipping label, invoice, or other correspondence unless that address has been specifically authorized for the applicable return.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

C. Restocking Fee

Approved standard returns may be subject to a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original merchandise purchase price actually paid by the customer.

The restocking fee is intended to cover reasonable costs associated with inspecting, processing, handling, and returning merchandise to available inventory.

The restocking fee will only be applied where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has been appropriately informed.

Restocking fees will not be applied where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

D. Refund Amounts

For eligible returns, refunds will generally be calculated using the actual merchandise amount paid by the customer after applicable promotional discounts.

Original shipping charges, delivery fees, and handling charges are generally nonrefundable for standard customer-initiated returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

Where permitted by law, the applicable 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the eligible merchandise refund.

Taxes and other charges will be refunded or adjusted as required by applicable law.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

E. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard customer-initiated returns.

If merchandise is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a return remedy for which we are responsible under applicable law, we will address return shipping and refund obligations as required by law.

F. Refund Processing

Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the return approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will generally be submitted within five (5) to ten (10) business days after completion of the return inspection.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

G. Nonreturnable Merchandise

Certain merchandise may be designated as nonreturnable where legally permitted.

Examples may include:

• Personalized or customized products.
• Products specifically identified as final sale.
• Perishable merchandise.
• Products that cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after opening.
• Digital products or downloadable merchandise, where legally permitted.

Any applicable exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.

H. Promotional Discounts and Returns

Promotional discounts are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

When an order purchased using a promotional discount is returned, the refund will generally be based on the actual merchandise amount paid rather than the product's undiscounted retail price.

The original promotional discount will not be converted into cash, store credit, or a replacement coupon unless expressly authorized by the Company or required by law.

I. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to waive or restrict mandatory consumer protection rights.

Where applicable law provides additional return, cancellation, refund, warranty, or remedy rights, those rights will take precedence over conflicting provisions of this policy.
